UPDATE: A detective from the Hawthorne Police Department is now in contact with my sister and proceeding with the case. I will give you updates as this goes on. Thank you for your support in finding Bella.

 

On May 22, 2026 at approximately 5:09 pm an Uber driver was making a grocery delivery from the ACME in Midland Park, NJ to a tenant at my sister's residence in Hawthorne, NJ when he proceeded to steal my sister's cat. You would think this would be an open and shut case with video evidence...that Uber would hand over the information of the driver to police. Well, that's not the case. We have gone to the police, to Acme, called Uber, Uber Corporate, Acme Corporate a multitude of times and not a SINGLE PERSON or company has helped us in any way. Not with video or any information on who this guy is. Because of this I am asking for the community and public's help. PLEASE look at the video and screen shots below. Someone has either gotten a ride or delivery from this guy. He has a very distinctive red Ford Bronco with a soft top and blacked out rims. He is also wearing very distinctive shoes.

I am BEGGING YOU TO PLEASE HELP! If you think you know him, have seen him recently with a black cat, gotten a ride or delivery from him PLEASE CONTACT ME at the below email. This is not a piece of jewelry stolen it was a family member who we love, care about and want to bring home safely. We believe she is in grave danger based off of how he tossed her in the car and proceeded to yell at her when she tried to escape. This can easily happen to you and like us have nothing done about it. This man is still out there and I guarantee he will do it again if he is not caught.
